Christopher Levingston is an Accredited Specialist in Immigration Law at the Law Society of New South Wales and was admitted to his specialization on 1 September 1995. He was first admitted to practice as a Barrister of the Supreme Court of New South Wales on 8 August 1986 and was subsequently admitted as a Solicitor on 10 February 1989. He holds an unrestricted practicing certificate and has been a Registered Migration Agent since 1993. In the nearly 20 years he has practiced in this highly complex and contentious jurisdiction he has developed a well deserved reputation as a leader and innovator. He has provided both media commentary as well as input to Government processes and has been behind some of the strikingly innovative developments of day-to-day legal practice. He lectures extensively for both CPD and other practitioner courses run by the University of New South Wales. He was recently recognized as a Senior Practitioner and as one of the best of the best. His particular forte is his capacity for strategic and tactical planning and the resolution of complex problems.
Do your CPD with someone dynamic and exciting.

Michael Jeremy has been directly involved with the migration industry for the past 15 years and had variously worked in border security at Sydney Airport for DIAC, in small business as a migration agent and more recently as a popular and thought provoking presenter for the MIA.
Michael has a strong interest in “population design” in Western Countries as they wrestle with ageing populations, skills and labour shortages and employment and immigration policy.
Michael especially welcomes all newly registered agent or old hands and is always happy to pass on “old school” wisdom and share insights and tricks of the trade.
